We love to celebrate! Any reason is a good time... At MIAM, we love parties, and what better occasion than your birthday to celebrate together? If it's your birthday and you'd like to celebrate it at MIAM, we invite you to a #MOODBRUNCHFREE so you can enjoy it with whoever you want. CELEBRATING AS ALWAYS, TOGETHER, AND IN A BIG WAY! If you'd like to participate, you can do so easily. Write to us at marketing@miam.com.es, send us your birthday date, along with a certificate confirming it, and we'll contact you to coordinate your visit to MIAM.
The following program does not entail any contractual relationship with the participants. All participants must be of legal age. MIAM NATURAL FOOD SL reserves the right to suspend the program when it deems appropriate without notifying the participants. The granting of this benefit and/or program is limited to the availability of monthly quotas of 10 (units) #MOODBRUNCHFREE. All promotions, benefits and/or programs are unique and non-transferable.

Welcome to the MIAM influencer program! If you want to participate, you can do so easily. Below, we describe the conditions and the modality of the program. We invite you to read them and, if they suit you, write to us at marketing@miam.com.es .
At MIAM we would like to invite all foreign travellers who are passing through the city of Barcelona on holiday (holiday being understood as a period of no more than 90 days). If you have more than 20,000 followers on social media and you are on holiday with friends, we invite you to #MOODBRUNCHFREE. Yes, you read that right, we invite you and your friends to a free brunch. You just have to write to us by email and coordinate with us the date and time of your arrival at MIAM.
WE WANT YOUR STAY IN OUR CITY TO BE MEMORABLE AND WE WILL MAKE IT TOGETHER AND IN A BIG WAY.

MIAM NATURAL FOOD SL is not responsible for the use and management of the digital tools used for collaboration. The #Moodbrunchfree proposals vary depending on the number of followers that the participants have on social networks; the proposal will be adapted to each profile and MIAM NATURAL FOOD SL reserves the right to suspend the program when it deems it necessary, without the need to notify the participants. The assignment of this program is subject to the availability of the scheduled agenda. The company reserves the right to establish quotas for granting. Organizer
The draws are organized by MIAM BARCELONA “BRUNCH & COFFEE” (MIAM NATURAL FOOD SL CIF B1989525 address at C/ Pallars 314, 08005 – Barcelona, MIAM GIGA SL, CIF B21744941, address at C/ Pallars 314, 08005 – Barcelona), hereinafter “MIAM”.
Scope and Participation
Participation is free and open to any individual over 18 years of age, residing in Spain.
Duration
Each draw will have the duration indicated in the corresponding publication.
If no deadline is set, MIAM will announce the validity period on its official social media channels.
Participation Requirements
For participation to be valid, the requirements published for each draw must be met. Generally, these usually include:

Share the post in your stories mentioning @miam.bcn (optional, but it increases your chances).
Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen randomly from among the participants who meet the requirements.
The winner's name will be announced on the date indicated in the draw post, through the official MIAM account and/or in the same post.
The winner will be contacted via private message. If no response is received within 7 calendar days, MIAM reserves the right to select another winner.
Prize
The prize will be as specified in each draw (example: a brunch for two people with the Perfect Combo at MIAM BRUNCH & COFFEE).
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
The date to enjoy the prize must be coordinated with MIAM and redeemed before the deadline indicated to the winner.
Prize Conditions
The prize will only be valid at MIAM BRUNCH & COFFEE locations, or at any location designated by MIAM for its enjoyment.
MIAM reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.
Exclusions
Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or those dedicated exclusively to raffles are excluded.
Any breach of the rules will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant.
Data Protection
The personal data provided by the participants will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations (GDPR and LOPDGDD).
They will be used solely for the management of the draw and will not be given to third parties.
Responsibility
MIAM is not responsible for technical failures, social media incidents, fraud, unauthorized interventions or any circumstance beyond its control that may alter the normal development of the draw.
Instagram, Facebook, or any other network used do not sponsor or administer these giveaways, nor are they associated with them in any way.
MIAM, as well as any of the companies linked to the group, is not responsible for the existence of fake accounts, fake profiles, fraudulent messages or communications made in the name of MIAM without the company's express authorization.
Any attempt at fraud, identity theft, or illegal activity related to the raffle will be beyond the control of MIAM, and the organizer will be exempt from all liability.
MIAM only recognizes as valid the raffles published on its official Instagram account @miam.bcn and on its official website.
